The Governance Committee is responsible for assisting and reviewing the board's performance of its duties, helping the board recruit and select new board members, providing direction for future of the organization, and reviewing and recommending improvements to the internal governance policies of ICICE. The Governance Committee is also responsible for maintaining ICICE membership records.
